Mercury In Retrograde

by Ese & The Vooduu People

/
  • Record/Vinyl + Digital Album

The first vinyl pressing of Ese & The Vooduu People's second album "Mercury In Retrograde" comes in a high-gloss gatefold sleeve and is pressed on a lovely deep velvety purple coloured vinyl, manufactured in England by the Vinyl Factory in Hayes, just north-west of London.

The original high-resolution digital recording – a mixed but otherwise unedited capture of a March 2020 gig, just prior to lockdown – was mastered for vinyl using vintage analogue equipment by Caspar Sutton-Jones at Gearbox Records in London and cut by Caspar using Gearbox's famous 1967 Haeco-Scully lathe. We've kept the sides as short as possible to ensure better dynamic range and minimise inner groove distortion.

Each copy is hand-numbered and this first (non-signed and dedicated) edition will be limited to 475 copies worldwide.

Which number you get depends on when you order – numbers will be allocated strictly in the sequence that orders are received. If you would like a particular number with your copy, please let us know with your order and we'll do our very best to send you the numbered copy you want (subject to availability).

Includes unlimited streaming of Mercury In Retrograde via the free Bandcamp app, plus high-quality download in MP3, FLAC and more.
